High Slit Dress w/ BW waist belt

Dress is a great fit with excellent stretch. High Slit on both sides are hip length and comes with Balt Wear waist belt. Belt comes 2 sizes. Sizes  small to large dress comes with a smaller waist belt and XL and up have a belt that is larger. 92% Polyester 8% Elastane.
